Creamy Baby Potatoes with Italian herbs. Simply delicious. I used baby potatoes for this recipe. Option to use large russet potatoes, cut them to smaller pieces, to get the bite sizes. Each pieces of potatoes, coated with it’s creamy sauce would be the best dish for your family and kids.
Ingredients :
- 400gm/ 2cups of baby potatoes
2 Tablespoon butter
1 Yellow Onion
1 Clove garlic
1-2 teaspoon Mix Italian herbs
Dash of black pepper powder
1 Teaspoon chili flakes
Salt as needed
Some chopped coriander/spring onion leaves - 1/4 Cups of fresh cream ( 3-4 tablespoon)
Note : The quantity of fresh cream can be increased for more creamier sauce.
Let’s cook :
Prepare the ingredients as needed.
Prepare the ingrediets :
Boil the potatoes to soft. Add some salt while boiling the potatoes. Once it’s been cooked well, remove the skin off.
Chopped the garlic and onion
Keep in medium heat :
Heat the butter in a cooking pan. Saute the garlic and onion for about 1 minute.
Keep in medium-high heat. Stir fry the baby potatoes for about 3-4 minutes in the pan or until the potatoes has slight grill effect.
Add in the chopped coriander/ spring onion leaves and give a quick stir. Off the heat once the potatoes been stir fried well. Let the potatoes rest in the pan for 5 minutes, cool down for a while. Then only add in the fresh cream. Toss them together.
