Fast, healthy and any-time dish.. It’s my favorite too. Morning breakfast, lunch, tea time or dinner, this recipe will fit perfectly into the menu. And kids will love it too. If you have been consuming the Tuna in Mayonnaise previously, then try this recipe. Tuna in water, chili, cucumber, onion, and original mayonnaise, will let you feel the freshness of your sandwich…. adding the lime juice is a must.

- Salad (lettuce) leaves
- Lime juice – half of a lime
- Salt to taste.
Method to prepare the sandwich :
- Chop evenly – Cucumber, onion, red chili.
- Drain the water from Canned Tuna ( place the tuna into a strainer and press a little to drain out the excess water.
- In medium sized bowl add all the chopped ingredients , add the tuna (use fork to shred the tuna chunk to a fine texture).
- Add 4 tablespoon of mayonnaise, lime juice (from half lime) and a pinch of salt.
- Combine well (mix) all together.

Note :
- Spreading some butter on the bread is optional.
